AGNI -The Gut Health

Ayurveda places a strong emphasis on digestive health as it is considered the foundation of overall health and well-being. According to Ayurvedic principles, good gut health involves a balance of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and optimal functioning of the digestive system.

Eating according to your dosha: Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of eating according to your unique constitution or dosha. This means that the foods that are best for you will vary depending on your dosha type. For example, individuals with a Pitta dosha should avoid spicy and acidic foods, while individuals with a Vata dosha should avoid raw and cold foods.

TWACHA-Program for any skin issues.

Ayurveda  considers skin as the  as the reflection of the overall health of an individual. Ayurveda believes that the skin is directly related to the body's doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and is affected by the internal balance of these doshas.  For instance, individuals with a Vata dominant constitution tend to have dry, thin, and delicate skin. Those with a Pitta dominant constitution tend to have sensitive, oily, and warm skin. Individuals with a Kapha dominant constitution tend to have thicker, oily, and cool skin.

Ayurveda offers wide range of treatment modalities for any issues both internal and external with special importance to purificatory treatments.
